How is My Mentor Performance Evaluated? Our goal is to evaluate Mentor performance and provide clear, actionable performance information. There are three factors that we use to evaluate Mentor performance: Performance against Udacity’s PACT expectations on project reviews Student satisfaction on project reviews Ability to effectively and consistently support students on Knowledge Mentor Quality Score The Mentor Quality Score measures how consistently and effectively mentors apply PACT when completing your project reviews. Aspects of your reviews will be automatically checked to determine whether feedback is personalized, accurate, clear and thorough. The check looks for similar things as Peer Auditors do, using a similar rubric. The Mentor Quality Score will combine Student Feedback Scores with an automated evaluation of your alignment to PACT on project reviews. This automated evaluation calculates a Review Quality Score that reflects your alignment to PACT expectations on project reviews.
