Try to take screenshots illustrating the error and mention as many details as you can in your report. 4.When I try to start my zoom meeting I press start and nothing happens and my room ID is blank? It's a common issue, restart Zoom and it should work. 5. Where can I find my session ID? You can find it in the Session Distribution List shared with you by the Performance Manager after your onboarding call. 6. Should I create a new zoom meeting every week for my connect session? For every group of students you’re handling, your zoom meeting will be the same for the whole duration of the cohort. You can as well send them a recurrent invite with the link to have it on their calendars. No need to create a new link every week. 7.Can I record my connect session and share it with my students? Connect Sessions should not be recorded for privacy and legal reasons. However, while running performance audits, you will be asked to record your sessions for quality assurance purposes. You will need to ask students to fill in a consent form before recording the session for a performance audit. Recordings are not allowed to be shared with students, as we think that this would decrease the attendance rate and lead students to be less engaged during the real-time sessions. You can share your slides/materials with the students. However, make sure no project solution is ever shared with the students during or after the session to avoid tempting the students to violate the Udacity Honor Code.
