1.How can I calculate my payment?

How you calculate your payment will depend on the type of program and related services that you are expected to provide as a mentor. Please refer to your onboarding materials for guidance on how to calculate your monthly payments as a mentor.

2.When should I expect my payment?

Payments are released on the 15th of the next month after the service is delivered. For example: if you delivered services in January, you will get paid for any services delivered that month on February 15th.

3.So there are 15 days of work that I don't get paid for?

No, you will always be compensated for your work. The salary is simply released on the 15th of your next month. So if you work in January, you will get paid for that entire month on February 15th and so on and so forth.

4.How can I set up a payoneer account?

6.How will I get paid for extra hours?

You will be compensated for extra tasks performed during the program. Extra tasks must be explicitly assigned in writing to you by your Performance Manager and will be reported for payments processing the following month. Any hours reported after the 25th will be paid in the next month’s payment cycle.

You will not be compensated for self-initiated work that has not received written approval from your Performance Manager, and exceeds the standard services that have been assigned to you.

If your students need extra support, please provide this information to your Performance Manager so that the internal team can discuss the best solution for supporting the student.

7.How long does it take to receive the payment in my bank account?

Payoneer will give you a scale of time that is usually from 2 to 5 business days.
