Payments Inquiries 1.How can I calculate my payment? If you are a Session Lead, you can calculate your payment by using the Payment calculator. Depending on the program (review with your performance manager or ND lead) and the number of sessions assigned to you. Here is an example, 1 Connect Sessions = 22 hrs * pay rate If you are a tutor, you get paid 60 hrs per month for supporting students over the Community Platform assigned. Any extra services requested will be added to your payment with coordination with your Performance Manager. 2.When should I expect my payment? You will receive your monthly payment on the 15th of the following month. For example, you will receive your payment for the month of November in the week of December 15th. To clarify, you will be paid for the 30 days of November in the week of December 15th. 3.So there are 15 days of work that I don't get paid for? No, you will always be compensated for your work. The salary is simply released on the 15th of your next month. So if you work in January, you will get paid for that entire month on February 15th and so on and so forth. 4.How can I set up a payoneer account? Please, check the presentation sent by the recruitment/sourcing team. 5.How can I set up the VAT in payoneer? Please, check the slides sent by the recruitment/sourcing team. 6.How will I get paid for extra hours? Any extra support session or extra tasks that are not listed in your welcome mail, should be considered as extra hours to be compensated but any extra task needs to be assigned by your Performance Manager and ND Lead and tracked by them. If your students need extra support, you need to seek prior approval from your ND Lead or Performance Manager. After having their approval, you need to insert those extra hours using this form maximum by the 25th of the month. Any hours reported after the 25th will be paid in the next month’s payment cycle. 7.How long does it take to receive the payment in my bank account? Payoneer will give you a scale of time that is usually from 2 to 5 business days.
